Vishvaraj Environment Files for ₹2,250-Crore IPO to Fund Water and Wastewater Projects
Vishvaraj Environment, a water utility and wastewater management solutions provider, has submitted draft papers to SEBI for a ₹2,250-crore IPO. The offering includes a fresh issue of ₹1,250 crore and an OFS of ₹1,000 crore by promoter Premier Financial Services. A pre-IPO placement of ₹250 crore may reduce the fresh issue size.
Proceeds will primarily repay subsidiary borrowings and fund three key projects: a 300 MLD advanced water treatment plant, a 60 MLD sewage treatment plant with an 80 MLD tertiary RO facility, and a 30 MW solar power initiative under the PM Kusum scheme. The company serves government agencies and utilities across 30 cities, specializing in recycling treated sewage for industrial use.
